I can't find MailClark in the Microsoft Teams Store

If you cannot find MailClark in the apps list, ask your admin whether external apps are allowed. If you're an admin, here is what you can do:

  1. From the Office Portal , go to the Settings and select Services & Add-Ins
  2. Then, in the list of Services & Add-ins, select Microsoft Teams
  3. Go to the Apps section > External apps > Make sure to turn on "Allow external apps in Microsoft Teams"
