I can't find MailClark in the Microsoft Teams Store

Some of you have reported that they couldn't find MailClark in the Microsoft Store. If you're experiencing the same thing, here how to proceed.

  1. From the Office Portal , go to the Settings and select Services & Add-Ins
  2. Then, in the list of Services & Add-ins, select Microsoft Teams
  3. Go to the Apps section > External apps > Make sure to turn on "Allow sideloading of external apps"
