How do I connect any email account?

Any email account can be connected to Slack or Teams thanks to MailClark. All you have to do really, is let MailClark guide you!

  1. Go to mailclark.ai/settings and click "Connect a new account".
    Add MailClark to Slack or to Microsoft Teams if you haven't done it yet
  2. Choose between Shared inbox (to connect a collective account) or Individual inbox (to connect a personal account)
  3. Choose your email provider: Gmail/GSuite, Office 365/Oultook or IMAP for any other provider.
  4. Go through the authentication process and voilà! You've connected your email account to Slack.
In the case of IMAP, if MailClark doesn't automatically recognize your email provider, please fill in the IMAP and SMTP server details to connect your account.
