I don't see my Facebook messages in Teams
Is your Facebook page correctly connected to your Teams?
It is possible that you (or one of your colleagues) have disconnected by mistake the Facebook Page.
- Have a quick look at your Adapter list to see if your Facebook Page is in it:
- It is not: let's start from the start and connect it
- The page is in the Adapter list:
Make sure you were looking for messages in the right Team/channel
- Use the Search function to confirm your message was definitely not posted in Teams
MailClark only posts private messages sent to Facebook Pages (via Messenger)
Meaning: if you were expecting to see comments, Facebook posts and review in your channel, I'm sorry to tell you that we can't do so.
